The meeting takes place from 14.00 to 18.00 on the afternoon of Thursday 17 June, continuing from 08.30 to 12.00 on Friday 18 June. Committee members are invited to join the IFRF Executive for a buffet lunch in the first floor Conference Room Suite before the start of the meeting.  Lunch will also be served on Friday and there will be a formal dinner on Thursday evening at a venue to be announced.

The venue for the meeting is Rooms 1A/1B, on the first floor of the Technology & Engineering building at Doosan Babcock Energy Ltd. in Porterfield Road, Renfrew Scotland.  Please refer to the downloadable map.

Accommodation

Given that there may well be a shortage of hotel rooms in Glasgow around this time as it coincides with a major turbo power conference, IFRF meeting attendees can ensure they have accommodation by calling the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew on +44 (0) 141 8865555 and quoting the code BAB15610.

The Glynhill Hotel is the company's preferred hotel and a short taxi ride or 15 min walk from their site. The daily rate for bed and breakfast is £67.  Any rooms not booked by 1 June will be released to the general public.
