The Executive Committee meets from 09.00 to 13.00 on the morning of Thursday 17 June. 

The Joint Committee meets on Thursday afternoon from 14.00- 18.00 and again on the morning of Friday 18 June from 08.30-12.00. 

Executive and Joint Committee members are invited to meet for a buffet lunch before the start of the Joint Committee meeting.  Lunch will also be served on Friday and there will be a formal dinner on Thursday evening at a venue to be announced.

The venue for the meeting is Room 1C, on the first floor of the Technology & Engineering building at Doosan Babcock Energy Ltd. in Porterfield Road, Renfrew Scotland.  Please refer to the downloadable map. 

Accommodation

Given that there may well be a shortage of hotel rooms in Glasgow around this time as it coincides with a major turbo power conference, IFRF meeting attendees can ensure they have accommodation by calling the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew on +44 (0) 141 8865555 and quoting the code BAB15610.

The Glynhill Hotel is the company's preferred hotel and a short taxi ride or 15 min walk from their site. The daily rate for bed and breakfast is £67.  Any rooms not booked by 1 June will be released to the general public.
